We are hiring a Junior Attorney or an experienced Junior Associate with a focus on IT
We are expanding our ICT team and looking for newly qualified lawyers or experienced junior associates who want to develop their knowledge of information and communication technologies.
Who we are looking for, in the words of Matej Šandor
I am looking for a colleague to join my team at endors who enjoys law and is interested in technology. Together we will deal with legal issues around software, AI, GDPR and cybersecurity.
But the work will be broader – depending on clients’ needs and your experience, you will also be involved in contract, corporate and other legal matters.

What your work will involve:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating ICT contracts
e.g. software development and implementation agreements, license agreements, SaaS agreements, cloud and outsourcing services agreements, and maintenance and support agreements
Handling data protection and GDPR issues
Including copyright and other intellectual property issues related to ICT
Handling the legal aspects of cybersecurity
Advising on the regulation of digital technologies, data and artificial intelligence
Involvement in legal advice in other areas too, depending on your experience
For example, in commercial law, employment law, public procurement or litigation.
