A preliminary injunction prohibiting the distribution of an audiovisual work is an extremely rare phenomenon in the Czech legal system. We represented the operator of the VLNY.cz portal in such proceedings before the appellate court—and successfully defended their right to publish the content. The case has been recorded as one of the few of its kind in modern Czech jurisprudence.
