For Czech clients in the UK
You live in Great Britain, but a part of your life remains in the Czech Republic—whether it’s business, projects, or family ties. Local lawyers there don't understand the Czech environment. And lawyers in Prague lack the contacts, connections, and a place to meet in London. The lawyers at endors are at home in both Britain and the Czech Republic.

For British clients in the Czech Republic, CEE and the EU
You're investing in a Czech company, opening a Prague subsidiary, hiring Czech employees, or arbitrating a dispute in London that involves the Czech Republic, CEE or the wider EU. You need European counsel that speaks your language — and delivers to your standards. You also need someone who knows the Czech ground. We do both.

How we can help you in Czechia & Europe
If we’ve learned anything since founding endors 10 years ago, it’s that you cannot practice law in isolation. Clients rarely come to us with "just a minor legal matter"—they come with a whole situation. This is doubly true in London and the UK. We bridge the gap between law, business, and the context of both countries for you.

After years of cooperation and many successful projects, we know we can rely on endors

"We regularly turn to endors for matters in the field of development and construction, including representation in related proceedings and disputes. We particularly value their ability to effectively grasp even legally or technically complex cases and provide practical, commercially sensitive solutions even for difficult problems." Martin Sklenička, JTH group.

It is not just about legal accuracy, but about practical solutions that move transactions forward

“endors is a valuable partner for us, combining expertise with an understanding of business reality. They focus on legal support for acquisitions, real estate sales and transaction advisory. What we appreciate is the team's ability to grasp the context of every project and think in business terms,” Petr Mareš, Board Member & CEO, SMV INVEST.

The quality of their services has been confirmed to me once again

"From top-level sports, I brought the habit of having the highest expectations of myself and the people I work with into business. I have been working with the endors law firm for several years, and I know I can always rely on them. They handle things quickly, effectively, and see tasks through to the end. When a prompt response is needed, they are always ready to react and meet even the tightest deadlines," Lukáš Pokorný, founder of Prisma Institut.

When working with endors, I can always rely on a high standard of advisory quality

What I appreciate most about our collaboration is the efficiency of the process and the professional approach of the entire endors team, along with their courage to seek unconventional and creative solutions to the situations that business reality throws at us. The quality remains high even in situations where matters need to be resolved with maximum urgency and flexible response.

They helped us work through all the differences between a limited liability company (s.r.o.) and a joint-stock company (a.s.) so we could choose the best solution for our business

"Working with endors was seamless. The company incorporation went smoothly with the support of Ms. Krkošková," Ondřej Zapletal, CEO of CDoor.

Their proactive approach and ability to anticipate challenges make them a reliable and strategic partner

"We have been working with the endors law firm for many years, and I always appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and ability to find effective solutions even for complex investment transactions," Jiří Sýkora, Investment Director at BEDROX.

A mid-sized firm with broad expertise and experience

"We have extensive experience with endors, and working with JUDr. Kučera in particular has been very beneficial for us. Willingness, helpfulness, flexibility, and professionalism are a given here. Even creating a complex holding structure was no problem. We also greatly value the firm's broad expertise, as we have worked with them on things like a new franchising concept, real estate purchases – retail parks, company acquisitions, etc.," Daniel Tomeš.

I have been working with Vítek Kučera since the beginning of endors, and I think our legal assistance has grown into a friendship

"I would divide my relationship with endors and Vítek Kučera into two levels: professional, where for any project like CZECH HOME CAPITAL or currently ESG SeniorCARE, this firm is the first choice. And personal, where I consider Vítek a friend I and my family can rely on in good times and bad," Zdeněk Fiala.

I rarely find the time to write a public recommendation, but I have to make an exception for endors

"I've been working with them for two years now, and without exaggeration, as an HR professional, I couldn't wish for better partners. Absolute professionalism, they always meet deadlines, explain everything clearly, and as a bonus, they send summaries of ongoing matters. They have set the bar really high," Lukáš Augustín.

I have been working closely with the owner, JUDr. Vít Kučera, for over 10 years

"I use endors services in many areas of my business, and the firm's staff actively participates in my revitalization and economic-organizational projects. I rely on them not only for operational consultations but also for handling the legal aspects of projects independently. Based on my personal experience, I can state that endors is a reliable partner," Karel Matyska.

Their professional approach, thorough preparation, and high level of personal commitment contributed to a successful outcome

"What we value most about working with endors is the combination of top-tier expertise and exceptional flexibility. Throughout the entire process, they were able to respond promptly to changing situations, provide well-thought-out legal arguments, and simultaneously find practical solutions that met the project's needs," JUDr. Ing. Marek Andrášek, LLM, Attorney at Law.

Vít Kučera
Founder to founder

Vít founded endors at the age of 28. With almost no clients, no team, and no guarantee of success.

Over 10 years, he grew endors into a team of 40+ lawyers with three offices in the Czech Republic.

He has been through exactly what the founders who come to us experience—acquiring the first clients, convincing employees to buy into the vision that a small firm would grow to its current size, and dealing with that first unpaid invoice.

He shares his experience with you through legal services and the recommendations that stem from them.

Frequently asked questions

When is Vít Kučera in London?

""

We are there regularly on pre-arranged dates, as well as on days announced in advance for operational meetings with clients. We adapt to when you actually need us in London. Send us a message, and Vít will send you the specific options.

Can you also provide advice on UK law?

""

Yes, in cooperation with our British partners. We handle UK law questions together with them and coordinate the whole matter for you, so you keep dealing with us. Simply put, we can stand in for your legal department on British matters.

In what language will I communicate with you?

""

That is up to you. Czech, Slovak, or English. We work entirely in English for British clients; for Czech clients, we work in Czech, including contracts and documentation, whenever the matter concerns the Czech side of things. But we also speak a whole range of other languages at native-speaker level.

How much does the first consultation cost?

""

The first email or a short phone call is free and carries no obligation. If we decide that it makes sense to proceed, we will meet for an initial consultation—in Clerkenwell, in Prague, or online. We will agree on the price and scope of work in advance. Depending on the specific situation, we will consider whether an hourly rate, a project fee or, for example, a success fee is the right fit. We are open to anything that suits the case at hand. That said, we assess every case individually.

Do I need to have a specific case, or can I contact you just to talk?

""

Feel free to reach out just to chat. Many clients send their first email with a general question—“how does it work,” “what should I watch out for,” or “who do you know for X.” We will be glad to stay in touch and ready to help whenever you need us.

Can you also recommend an accountant or tax advisor in the UK?

""

Yes. :)
