Our process
Infringement analysis and evidence gathering
We will assess the scope of the infringement, secure evidence (screenshots, test purchases, expert opinions), and perform a legal qualification.
Cease and desist notice
A pre-litigation notice sent to the infringer with a deadline for voluntary rectification. This is often enough to resolve the issue.
Court-ordered preliminary injunctions
If a formal notice is not enough, we will file for a preliminary injunction. The court will provide immediate, albeit temporary, protection of your rights.
Litigation and enforcement
Injunctive or removal actions, damages, disgorgement of unjust enrichment, and reasonable satisfaction.

Civil and criminal paths
Most cases are resolved through civil channels: lawsuits, preliminary injunctions, and damages. Sometimes, however, it makes sense to consider filing a criminal complaint. Law enforcement authorities have powers that civil courts do not: they can secure evidence that you would otherwise be unable to access. A criminal complaint can also be a powerful tactical tool that compels the opposing party to reach a settlement before going to court. We will assess which path is more effective in your case, or whether it makes sense to pursue both simultaneously.
Prevent disputes
The best protection is prevention. By registering a trademark, you gain exclusive rights and legal tools for defense. Without registration, your position is significantly weaker.
