“We are building a strong team of successful future attorneys,” Vojtěch Adámek on endors in Hradec Králové

When I look back, I see one long chapter of my professional journey – the many years I spent on the other side of the main square in Hradec Králové at PPS advokáti. That is where I learned everything that practicing law involves. And also that it is not just about statutes, but above all about people, trust, and the courage to do the right thing even in difficult moments. It was a time full of gaining experience, learning, and growth. And even though I did not know back then where my professional path would lead me, I was certain that the legal profession was what I wanted to give my all to. It has been a year and a half since I took a major step. I changed my environment, and today I can proudly say that I am an associated attorney and head of the Hradec Králové office of the endors law firm.

I am grateful for the trust that Vít Kučera placed in me. For seeing potential in me and giving me the opportunity to lead and develop, but also to achieve results, build relationships, and help shape an environment where it is a joy to work. We are currently building a strong team of successful future attorneys. These are people who want to practice law with heart, fairly, and with respect for what this profession means. And I strive to be not only their manager, but also their partner, mentor, and support.

My professional journey also includes a new challenge: running for the Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Bar Association on behalf of Komora 2.0. I believe that our responsibility to the profession does not end with practicing law, but also includes active involvement where its direction and values are decided. Thank you to everyone who supports me on this journey. And to those who are deciding where to go next: do not be afraid of change. Sometimes it takes you exactly where you are meant to be.
