As a thank you, we have prepared a document for you that is not a traditional annual report. It is not a hymn of praise to endors, either. We have prepared a commemorative look back at the journey we have taken – at least in part – together with you. With our clients, colleagues, partners, and loved ones. That is, with those who make up endors every day, and for whom we will continue to build endors.

The anniversary publication opens a brief look back at a decade of our shared stories, decisions, people, places, and moments. In other words, what brought us to where we are today, and what we hope will just as surely guide us through many more years to come.

Because we are certainly not finished. On the contrary.
