Capital Markets & Investments
We help you raise capital to develop and grow your business
Bonds, investment funds, and similar instruments are not simply an alternative to bank financing – they are tools that allow you to raise capital directly from investors, without bank covenants, and without disclosing sensitive information to a bank.

What we handle for you
In the vast majority of issuances, investors are repaid with interest and the company secures the capital it needs to grow. The cautionary tales you read about in the press are the exception, not the rule
The cases that go wrong make headlines. The successful ones rarely do — even though a growing number of Czech companies are demonstrating in real time that corporate bonds make sense. For many business owners, bond financing could genuinely give their business the boost it needs. Perhaps yours too.

We work with securities dealers, analysts, and advisors – delivering the best possible outcomes

Beyond the legal side, we work with you on the commercial dimension and long-term sustainability. With the right structure, you can raise capital quickly — and repay it to investors without undue difficulty.

Our securities dealers help with distribution, while our advisors set the parameters so that the offering proceeds on your terms.

From initial intention through issuance, distribution, and repayment to investors – we guide you through the entire process.
Corporate bond distribution from as little as one month

A prospectus-exempt issuance, approved by the Czech National Bank, can be completed with us in as little as one month – after which you receive the final documentation.

More complex issuances requiring a CNB-approved prospectus take longer.

A well-drafted bond takes time – time that pays back in faster market uptake, well-structured terms, and long-term sustainability.

Bonds are a business-friendly instrument – how you structure them is how they will perform

The law places minimal limits on your creativity. You have the flexibility to set terms according to the needs of your business – and unlike bank financing, you are not bound by predefined parameters.

Bonds are governed by market rules. If the terms of the issuance appeal to investors, you raise the money quickly and without delays.

Something most clients see as a significant advantage: with bonds, you share considerably less information publicly. With a bank, you reveal everything – including things you may not even realize you are disclosing.

In the Czech market, borrowing from a bank has historically been the default – in both personal and business life. Perhaps it is finally time for that to change

A company with a track record and a plan – one that includes expansion, development, or growing its warehouse capacity — will get the most out of bonds. The same is true for developers, though they already know this well.

Section 15 gives you the freedom that traditional funds do not
Whether you want to invest with trusted friends or need a legal framework for an investment strategy you already have in mind, alternative funds under Section 15 of the Collective Investment in Transferable Securities Act allow you to invest together with people you trust.
Fund-based investing
Shared risk, shared return

When things go well, everyone benefits. When they don't, everyone shares the risk. This is both the strength and the challenge of a Section 15 fund — something to factor in from the start.

That is also why this structure comes with a clear limit: a maximum of twenty non-qualified investors. Anything above that threshold requires a transition to a standard investment fund.

A Section 15 fund lets you build an investment vehicle exactly as you envision it
You can invest in anything

The lower investor count is offset by complete freedom – real estate, equities, cryptocurrencies, startups – you can invest in whatever you choose.

You can set your own fees and remuneration structure. You can select investors according to your own criteria – you are not restricted to "qualified investors" only.

We can launch a Section 15 CISFA fund in as little as three weeks

We create Section 15 funds for people who already invest and want to bring others alongside them. For successful entrepreneurs who see opportunities and want to share them with their circle. For those who are not simply chasing returns, but want genuine control over how their money works.

Many people are already investing together in some form and are simply looking for a way to formalize and legally structure what is already working.

Section 15 is precisely for them. It allows you to legitimize what already functions – without having to navigate the complex regulation that applies to traditional funds.

How a Section 15 CISFA fund works in practice

A basic management fee covers the costs of fund administration, while the fund manager's remuneration depends on actual results.

When the fund performs, the manager benefits too. Once the fund reaches its predetermined investment horizon, profits are typically shared between the manager and investors in a pre-agreed ratio.
