Founder and Managing Partner JUDr. Vít Kučera, MBA is strengthening the team with the firm's 7th partner overall. Her arrival follows the recent addition of JUDr. Aleš Linhart, Ph.D. from Taylor Wessing, who joined the firm at the beginning of the year as an expert with almost thirty years of experience in litigation and arbitration.

Over ten years of practice, Kateřina Pracná has gained experience in insolvency and restructuring. She has worked on key mandates for creditors, debtors, investors and insolvency administrators. She also serves as an insolvency administrator and recently passed the exams for special insolvency administrator. Thanks to her education, she combines legal knowledge with an understanding of business and management.

“I look forward to putting my experience to use in working for endors clients and combining the practice of law with my work as an insolvency administrator. I believe I will complement my colleagues so that we can provide clients with services in essentially every area of law and be there for them in any situation that life and business may bring,” adds Kateřina Pracná.
